Dr. Andrew Beiter

Dr. Andrew Beiter is a comprehensive ophthalmologist serving the Southtowns and greater Buffalo communities. He grew up in Buffalo and returned home after training to provide full-spectrum medical and surgical eye care delivered with a friendly, down-to-earth approach. In clinic he takes time to explain diagnoses in plain language, review options, and partner with patients on decisions that fit their goals and lifestyle.

Dr. Beiter earned his medical degree at the University at Buffalo and completed his ophthalmology residency at West Virginia University. He brings broad experience caring for cataracts, glaucoma, dry eye disease, eyelid problems, and common retinal conditions such as diabetic eye disease and macular degeneration. Whether he’s helping someone see clearly after cataract surgery or fine-tuning a long-term treatment plan, his focus is on safe, evidence-based care and clear communication so patients leave each visit confident about the next step.
