Dr. Aaron Hager is a board-certified comprehensive ophthalmologist who founded River City Eye Associates in San Antonio, Texas, with a commitment to providing attentive and dignified care for every patient. He established the practice in 2019 as an alternative to volume-driven models, prioritizing thorough evaluations and clear communication to ensure patients understand their conditions and options.

Dr. Hager sees patients across a full range of medical and surgical ophthalmology, including cataract surgery with the advanced Light-Adjustable Lens, glaucoma management, diabetic eye disease, and macular degeneration.
