Dr. Y. Shin

Dr. Shin is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in cornea, cataract, and refractive surgery. He provides comprehensive eye care and treats conditions such as cataracts, glaucoma, corneal disorders, and refractive errors. His surgical expertise includes DSAEK corneal transplantation, no-stitch cataract surgery, LASIK, refractive lensectomy, advanced surface ablation, and EVO ICL implantation. In addition, he performs therapeutic and cosmetic blepharoplasty and BOTOX treatments to address both functional and aesthetic concerns.

Dr. Shin completed his medical degree at the University of Alabama School of Medicine, followed by an internship at Baptist Medical Center, a residency in ophthalmology at Tulane University, and a cornea fellowship at the Dean A. McGee Eye Institute. He is committed to providing personalized care to help patients achieve optimal vision and eye health.
