About Me
Dr. Xueyang (Sarah) Wang is a cornea and cataract specialist who provides comprehensive medical and surgical eye care. She sees patients for complex cataracts, corneal disease, dry eye, and vision correction, and tailors each plan to a person's goals and lifestyle. Dr. Wang trained at top institutions in ophthalmology, including residency at Massachusetts Eye and Ear and fellowship in Cornea and External Disease at the Wilmer Eye Institute. Patients appreciate her calm, detail-oriented approach, clear explanations, and focus on comfort before, during, and after procedures. In addition to advanced cataract techniques and intraocular lens options, she offers modern corneal transplantation methods and cross-linking for keratoconus. Dr. Wang also performs laser vision correction and welcomes patients seeking second opinions or long-term care for chronic corneal conditions. Outside of clinic, she enjoys running and hiking, and she is conversationally fluent in Mandarin Chinese, which helps her communicate with a broader community of patients.
