Dr. Wissam Hadri

Wissam Hadri, DO, is a comprehensive ophthalmologist who provides medical and surgical care for common and complex eye conditions. He treats cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, dry eye disease and macular degeneration, and counsels patients on the options that best match their goals and lifestyle. Drawing on a background in chemistry and innovation, he founded Jenna Therapeutics to explore cross-linking eye-drop technology for conditions such as keratoconus and myopia, reflecting his interest in translating science into practical solutions for patients.

Dr. Hadri completed his undergraduate studies with honors at the University of Central Florida, earned his medical degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, and finished an ophthalmology residency at HCA Bayonet Point Hospital. He also serves as a clinical instructor for medical students and ophthalmology residents, and enjoys educating patients so they feel prepared for surgery and confident in their long-term care plan.
