Dr. Chen is a board-certified ophthalmologist at Chen Eye Center in Norcross, Georgia. He completed his medical education at Tokai University School of Medicine in Japan and his residency at the University of Louisville. He also completed a cornea and external disease fellowship at the University of Texas in Dallas. In 2002, he incorporated ophthalmic acupuncture into his practice after additional training.

Dr. Chen treats a wide range of eye conditions, including cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, astigmatism, presbyopia, and pterygium. He also provides refractive procedures such as LASIK and PRK, as well as cosmetic treatments like BOTOX and dermal fillers.
