About Me
Dr. W. Scott Wilkinson is a board-certified ophthalmologist and a third-generation eye doctor. He has been in private practice since 1989, providing comprehensive eye care with a special emphasis on cataract surgery, corneal transplantation, glaucoma treatment, and refractive surgery. Dr. Wilkinson offers advanced options such as multi-focal cataract lens implants and PRK for the correction of nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism.
Dr. Wilkinson completed his undergraduate studies at Albion College and earned his medical degree from Wayne State University. He completed his ophthalmology residency at the W.K. Kellogg Eye Center at the University of Michigan and a fellowship in corneal surgery and external diseases of the eye at the Kresge Eye Institute. He treats a wide range of conditions affecting the cornea and anterior segment of the eye, providing both medical and surgical care.
