About Me
Dr. Christopher Chow is a cornea specialist who has served patients in southeast Michigan for more than 20 years. He treats a range of conditions affecting the front surface of the eye, including dry eye syndrome, blepharitis, ocular allergies, keratoconus, corneal infections, pterygium, and other external eye growths and tumors. Dr. Chow also performs corneal transplantation.
Dr. Chow believes in direct and forthright communication with his patients and tailors care to each individual's circumstances. He completed his ophthalmology residency at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary of Harvard Medical School and a fellowship in Corneal and External Disease at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute. In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Chow is a Professor of Ophthalmology at the Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine and has been involved in national research studies on corneal and external diseases.
