Dr. William Phillips

Dr. William B. Phillips is a retina specialist and vitreoretinal surgeon who understands that a visit to the doctor can be stressful. He strives to put patients at ease by connecting with them on a personal level and ensuring they feel comfortable during their care. Board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology, Dr. Phillips completed his fellowship and residency at Wills Eye Hospital, followed by additional training in vitreoretinal diseases.

Dr. Phillips diagnoses and manages a wide range of retinal and vitreous conditions, employing both medical and surgical treatments to preserve and restore vision. He is dedicated to providing individualized care for each patient, taking the time to explain conditions and treatment options.
