Dr. Tyler Goff

Dr. Tyler C. Goff is a comprehensive ophthalmologist who provides personalized, down-to-earth care for routine and complex eye conditions. He enjoys helping patients understand their diagnoses, reviewing the pros and cons of each option—from medical therapy to laser or surgery—and aligning care with what matters most to them. His clinical interests include cataract surgery and the medical management of common anterior- and posterior-segment diseases.

Dr. Goff earned his medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine Greenville, completed ophthalmology residency at Wake Forest Baptist Health, and pursued fellowship training at Eye Consultants of Atlanta. Practicing in the greater New Orleans area, he strives to deliver accessible, evidence-based care with clear communication and dependable follow-up.
