Dr. Taylor Mosley

Dr. Taylor Mosley returned home to Jasper to open his ophthalmology practice in 2010. The son of Dr. Jerry and Lynn Mosley, he graduated from Walker High School in 1998, then attended Auburn University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in 2002. While at Auburn he was backup place kicker and punter for the football team, lettering in 2001. Dr. Mosley is a 2006 graduate of UAB School of Medicine, and he was Chief Resident at Callahan Eye Foundation completing his Residency in 2010.

Dr. Mosley specializes in cataract surgery, including the use of the premium intraocular lens to correct astigmatism and presbyopia. His practice also includes routine and comprehensive eye exams and treatment for diabetes, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and dry eyes. He is a member of The American Academy of Ophthamology and is board certified by the American Board of Ophthamology. Dr. Mosley is married to and has three children.
