About Me
Dr. Stephanie Marie Llop Quintana is an ophthalmologist specializing in uveitis and ocular inflammatory disease, caring for patients with conditions such as uveitis, scleritis, and episcleritis. She provides both medical and surgical management, including immunosuppressive therapy and cataract surgery when needed, with a goal of protecting vision and long-term eye health.
She completed a fellowship in Uveitis & Ocular Immunology at Massachusetts Eye & Ear Infirmary - Harvard Medical School (2017) after an ophthalmology residency at the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine (2016). She received her medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico (UPR Medical Campus) in 2012. As an Assistant Professor of Clinical Ophthalmology, her research interests include treatments for ocular inflammation, and she partners closely with patients to tailor care to their symptoms and lifestyle.
