About Me
Dr. Shaun B. Robinson is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in cornea and external disease at Cabarrus Eye Center. He joined the practice in 2014 and provides advanced surgical and medical care for a range of eye conditions. Dr. Robinson earned his undergraduate degree from Cornell University and his medical degree from Duke University School of Medicine, followed by residency at the Wilmer Eye Institute at Johns Hopkins Hospital and a cornea fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine.
Dr. Robinson's clinical expertise includes the management of corneal conditions, such as keratoconus and Fuchs' dystrophy, and performing corneal transplants, cataract surgery, and refractive surgery. He also has a special interest in dry eye disease. Patients can expect a thorough, compassionate approach to care, whether they are seeking treatment for a complex corneal disorder or considering vision correction surgery.
Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Dr. Robinson is committed to serving the Concord community. He is an active member of the American Society for Cataract and Refractive Surgeons and the American Academy of Ophthalmology, which allows him to stay at the forefront of the latest advancements in eye care.
