Dr. Shalu Gupta

Dr. Shalu Gupta is a board-certified ophthalmologist and refractive surgeon who provides comprehensive eye care. She treats a wide range of eye conditions, including cataracts, glaucoma, dry eye, and diabetic retinopathy. Dr. Gupta also addresses cosmetic and functional concerns of the eyelids, offering procedures such as blepharoplasty, ptosis repair, and minimally invasive facial rejuvenation.

With extensive experience in microsurgical and laser procedures, she utilizes advanced technology to correct refractive errors like nearsightedness, farsightedness, astigmatism, and presbyopia. Dr. Gupta is committed to serving diverse communities, including providing care at Los Angeles County Medical facilities and participating in medical missions abroad.

Dr. Gupta completed her medical education at UCLA and her ophthalmology residency at the University of California Irvine Medical Center, where she served as chief resident. She is a fellow of the American Board of Ophthalmology and a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
