Dr. Scott Steiner

Dr. Scott Steiner is a board-certified ophthalmologist who has been providing comprehensive eye care at Wooster Eye Center since 2016. He completed specialized fellowship training in inflammatory eye conditions at the University of Illinois in Chicago, equipping him with advanced skills to manage complex ocular inflammation. Dr. Steiner grew up locally in Wayne County and remains deeply connected to the community, where he focuses on delivering personalized patient care.

Dr. Steiner's clinical practice emphasizes refractive cataract surgery, minimally invasive glaucoma surgeries, and the management of inflammatory eye conditions. He completed his ophthalmology residency at Summa Health System in Akron after earning his medical degree at Northeast Ohio Medical University. Patients benefit from his comprehensive approach to ophthalmology, which combines surgical precision with thorough medical management of various eye diseases.

Outside the practice, Dr. Steiner lives in Marshallville with his family and enjoys spending his free time outdoors and volunteering in the community.
