Dr. Sarah Ahmed

Dr. Sarah Farukhi Ahmed is a comprehensive ophthalmologist and glaucoma surgeon serving patients in Mission Viejo. She specializes in the medical and surgical management of glaucoma, including advanced and minimally invasive techniques. Her clinical expertise also includes cataract surgery, dry eye syndrome, age-related macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy. Dr. Ahmed completed her ophthalmology residency at the Gavin Herbert Eye Institute at the University of California, Irvine, followed by a glaucoma surgical fellowship at the UC San Diego Shiley Eye Institute.
