Meet Dr. Satvinder Gujral
About Me
Dr. Satvinder K. Gujral is a board-certified ophthalmologist and clinical professor at UCLA Jules Stein Eye Institute who specializes in glaucoma. With over 20 years of experience practicing ophthalmology around the world, she has performed a wide variety of eye procedures and has been involved in training, research, and lecturing on the latest innovations in eye care.
Dr. Gujral received her ophthalmology degree from M.P. Shah Medical College in Jamnagar, India, and then completed rotating internships, residencies, and fellowships at prestigious institutions in both India and the United States. She finished her training at the Jules Stein Eye Institute in Los Angeles, where she focused on the medicinal, refractive, and surgical treatment of glaucoma.
She is passionate about making a meaningful difference in her patients' lives and finds her work in ophthalmology to be a dream come true.
