Dr. Sarah Carballo

Dr. Heather A. Stiff is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in pediatric ophthalmology and adult strabismus. She cares for children and adults with double vision, crossed or wandering eyes, amblyopia, pediatric cataracts and blocked tear ducts, and offers medical and surgical options such as strabismus surgery, pediatric cataract surgery, nasolacrimal duct probing and stenting, and targeted use of Botox when appropriate. She prioritizes clear communication and shared decision-making so patients and families understand diagnoses and feel confident in each step of care.  Dr. Stiff completed medical school at The Ohio State University, followed by an integrated internship, ophthalmology residency, and fellowship in pediatric ophthalmology and strabismus at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. She welcomes patients across the lifespan and practices with Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin. 

Dr. Eric Weinlander is a UW Health ophthalmologist specializing in corneal disease, cataract care, and laser vision correction. He provides comprehensive evaluations and tailored surgical plans— from advanced lens options for cataract surgery to modern refractive procedures— with a focus on safety, comfort, and visual performance. Dr. Weinlander earned his medical degree at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, completed ophthalmology residency at the University of Michigan Kellogg Eye Center, and pursued fellowship training at the John A. Moran Eye Center, University of Utah. He is board-certified in ophthalmology and sees patients across multiple UW Health eye care clinics. In every visit, he emphasizes education and shared decision-making, reviewing imaging and expected outcomes so patients know exactly what to expect before and after surgery. His goal is simple: clearer vision that supports how you work, play, and live every day.

Dr. Michal B. Gutowski is an ophthalmologist who provides comprehensive medical and surgical eye care for adults at Beloit Health System. He offers routine and problem-focused eye exams, cataract evaluation and surgery with lens replacement, and individualized treatment plans for glaucoma. Dr. Gutowski takes time to explain findings in plain language and partners with patients to choose the safest, most effective options for their vision and lifestyle. He is bilingual in English and Spanish and welcomes patients and families who prefer care in either language. Dr. Gutowski completed medical school at the University of Washington, followed by ophthalmology residency at Oregon Health & Science University. He then pursued advanced subspecialty training with a glaucoma fellowship at the University of Wisconsin. Whether patients need help monitoring diabetes-related eye changes, managing glaucoma, or recovering from cataract-related vision loss, Dr. Gutowski focuses on clear communication, evidence-based care, and comfortable experiences throughout treatment.
