He then pursued a glaucoma fellowship at UAB Callahan Eye Hospital & Clinics, gaining advanced experience in both medical and surgical management of complex glaucoma.
Dr. Knox cares for patients with glaucoma, cataracts, and a full spectrum of general eye conditions, offering individualized treatment plans that balance vision goals, lifestyle, and long-term eye health. He believes in walking patients through their testing, imaging, and treatment options step by step, so they understand why a particular drop, laser procedure, or surgery is recommended.
