Dr. Peter Lam

Dr. Peter Lam is a comprehensive ophthalmologist with advanced fellowship training in cornea and refractive surgery. He enjoys helping patients choose a vision-correction plan that fits their lifestyle, whether that’s laser vision correction, an implantable lens, or modern cataract surgery. A Houston native, Dr. Lam graduated summa cum laude from the University of Houston and earned his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine. He completed a transitional year at Harbor-UCLA, ophthalmology residency at LSU-Shreveport, and a Cornea, External Disease and Refractive Surgery fellowship at the University of Southern California Roski Eye Institute. He speaks English and Vietnamese and sees patients in Victoria and Port Lavaca.

Dr. Lam offers LASIK and PRK, EVO ICL implantation, and comprehensive corneal care, including pterygium surgery and corneal transplantation when appropriate. He also performs cataract surgery and helps patients explore advanced lens options to reduce dependence on glasses.
