Dr. Patrick Munson

Dr. Patrick Munson is a nationally recognized LASIK and refractive surgery specialist with over 15 years of experience in advanced vision correction. He has performed 15,000 vision correction procedures and supervised 20,000 more during his tenure as a Medical Director. Dr. Munson recently retired from a 29-year Army career, where he served as the Army's only Director of Ophthalmology training, teaching over 60 doctors to become eye surgeons with a 100% board certification rate.

He specializes in LASIK, PRK, RLE, and ICL procedures, leveraging state-of-the-art equipment to deliver the best possible outcomes. Dr. Munson is a certified trainer on multiple laser platforms and one of only three national surgical trainers for the EVO ICL. His personal experience undergoing PRK to correct a corneal injury that nearly ended his military career fuels a deep empathy for patients and a commitment to providing life-changing vision correction.

Dr. Munson is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and maintains memberships in the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, Refractive Surgery Alliance Society, and American Refractive Surgery Council. His dedication extends beyond the clinic through volunteer work on international humanitarian cataract missions and service to local communities.
