Dr. Nishika Reddy

Nicholas Scoville, MD, is a comprehensive ophthalmologist at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center who cares for adults with routine and urgent eye problems. He regularly treats dry eye disease, cataracts, ocular injuries and corneal disease, and manages medical glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy and macular degeneration. In addition to clinic and surgical care, Dr. Scoville specializes in supporting hospitalized patients who develop eye conditions during their stay, collaborating closely with other hospital teams to coordinate timely evaluation and treatment. Patients describe his approach as clear and collaborative—he explains what’s happening inside the eye, reviews options and risks, and tailors plans to each person’s goals and daily life. As a clinical assistant professor, he enjoys teaching the next generation of ophthalmologists and refining systems that make eye care safer and more efficient in the inpatient setting.
