Dr. Nisha Gosai

Dr. Nisha Dhawlikar Gosai is a board-certified ophthalmologist who cares for adults with cataracts and complex corneal disease. At Glaucoma-Cataract Consultants in Pittsburgh, she serves as Director of the Refractive Surgery Service and offers individualized plans that match each patient’s visual goals. Patients see her for advanced cataract surgery, including options with toric and premium lenses, and for the thoughtful management of conditions such as Fuchs’ dystrophy and keratoconus.

Dr. Dhawlikar Gosai completed ophthalmology residency at Tufts Medical Center and a fellowship in Cornea, External Disease, and Refractive Surgery at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai. She also holds an MPH from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
