Dr. Morgan Fredell

Dr. Morgan Fredell is a cornea and external disease specialist at UT Physicians/Robert Cizik Eye Clinic in the Texas Medical Center. She treats the full spectrum of ocular surface disease and anterior segment problems, and offers advanced options tailored to each patient’s needs—from optimizing the tear film and contact lens comfort to performing complex corneal procedures when needed. Patients appreciate her careful exams, practical guidance on daily eye care, and thoughtful discussion of surgical timing and recovery.

Dr. Fredell earned her MD at Baylor College of Medicine, completed ophthalmology residency at Wake Forest Baptist, and pursued fellowship training at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. She also completed graduate studies at Rice University. Working closely with optometry and subspecialty colleagues, she provides seamless co-management before and after procedures so patients can return quickly to work and family life.
