Dr. Michael Hunt

Dr. Michael G. Hunt is a pediatric ophthalmologist at Pediatric Eye Specialists in Fort Worth, Texas. He provides care for children with a variety of eye conditions, including strabismus, amblyopia, cataracts, retinopathy of prematurity, glaucoma, and ptosis, and also treats adults with misaligned eyes.

Dr. Hunt completed his ophthalmology residency and fellowship in pediatric ophthalmology and adult strabismus at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. He has been involved in clinical research as a primary investigator on several trials and has participated in medical missions to Vietnam, Belize, and Kenya.

Alongside his clinical practice, Dr. Hunt serves as Partner at Pediatric Eye Specialists and holds research and education leadership roles at Cook Children's Medical Center and Child Vision Center.
