About Me
Dr. Sarah Madison Duff-Lynes is a pediatric ophthalmologist who cares for children with the full spectrum of eye conditions and adults with misaligned eyes. She graduated from Vanderbilt University and earned her medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine, where she was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha and the Gold Humanism Honor Society. She completed an ophthalmology residency at the University of Florida and advanced fellowship training in pediatric ophthalmology and adult strabismus at Duke University.
Dr. Duff-Lynes provides thoughtful, family-centered care with clear explanations at every visit. She treats amblyopia, strabismus, congenital cataracts, pediatric glaucoma, tear-duct obstruction, and retinopathy of prematurity, and she welcomes adult patients with strabismus. Committed to service, she has volunteered in free clinics and enjoys supporting Special Olympics events. Her goal is to help each child see—and live—better by pairing meticulous diagnosis with the most appropriate medical, optical, or surgical treatment.
