About Me
Dr. Megan Haghnegahdar is a fellowship-trained cornea, refractive, and cataract surgeon. She cares for patients with corneal and ocular surface disorders, offers advanced options for corneal transplantation, and performs modern cataract and vision-correcting procedures. Her consultations focus on understanding each patient’s visual goals—whether clearer daily vision, reduced glare, or less dependence on glasses—and tailoring a treatment plan that balances safety, recovery, and long-term results.
Dr. Haghnegahdar trained at KU Eye and completed a prestigious cornea fellowship at Wills Eye Hospital. At Kansas City Eye Clinic, she works within a coordinated team that provides comprehensive diagnostics, perioperative counseling, and continued support after surgery. Patients appreciate her clear explanations and thoughtful guidance from first visit through final follow-up.
