Dr. Matthew Klocek

Dr. Matthew Klocek is a distinguished ophthalmologist who joined Eye Care Guam (Lombard Health) in 2020, and prior to this, worked in private practice in Newport News, VA. He completed extensive postgraduate training including a Transitional Year at UPMC Mercy and an Ophthalmology residency at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and Eye and Ear Institute.

His dedication to the field is evident in his teaching experiences, having served as a Teaching Assistant and Lecturer multiple times for the Structural Basis of Medical Practice course. Dr. Klocek has also contributed significantly to ophthalmological research, with numerous research papers, abstracts, and poster presentations to his name.

As a comprehensive ophthalmologist, Dr. Klocek provides care for a wide range of eye conditions and diseases. He has been recognized for his outstanding achievements throughout his academic and professional journey.
