Dr. Matthew Sharpe

Dr. Matthew Sharpe is a refractive and cataract surgeon serving the Seattle-Bellevue area. As the founder of SHARPEVISION MODERN LASIK & LENS, he specializes in laser vision correction procedures including LASIK, PRK, and EVO ICL surgery. Dr. Sharpe has performed over 100,000 laser vision correction surgeries and thousands of cataract, YAG vitreolysis, and ICL procedures.

Dr. Sharpe attended medical school at The Ohio State University and completed his residency at St. Francis Medical in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He has practiced in both private and corporate settings, bringing a well-rounded approach to patient care. In 2018, he earned a Physician M.B.A. from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Sharpe has organized multiple mission trips to Montserrat to provide cataract surgery to residents. He remains actively involved in the field through authored papers on refractive surgery presented at professional meetings.
