Dr. Maria Romero is a comprehensive ophthalmologist and anterior segment surgeon specializing in cataract surgery, glaucoma, and dry eye conditions. She founded Precision Eye Care in Baltimore, where she serves as the Chief Medical Officer. Her clinical practice focuses on advanced surgical options for cataracts, including premium intraocular lens implants, and managing complex anterior segment disorders.

With a surgical and clinical fellowship at the Wilmer Eye Institute of Johns Hopkins University, Dr. Romero brings extensive expertise in modern cataract techniques, glaucoma surgery, and innovative treatments for presbyopia. She is also an assistant professor at the Wilmer Eye Institute, contributing to the education of future ophthalmologists.
