About Me
Dr. Marcos Reyes is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in glaucoma management, cataract and refractive surgery, and advanced anterior segment procedures. His surgical expertise includes LASIK, PRK, implantable collamer lens (ICL) surgery, and complex cataract surgery, providing patients with comprehensive vision correction options.
He earned his medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Texas in San Antonio, where he served as Chief Resident and received awards for excellence in patient care. Dr. Reyes further honed his skills through a glaucoma fellowship at the Dean McGee Eye Institute in Oklahoma City. He previously served as an assistant professor at the University of Missouri's Mason Eye Clinic, training residents in clinical and surgical techniques for five years.
Originally from New York City and raised in Houston, Dr. Reyes brings a patient-centered approach to eye care, focusing on conditions like glaucoma and performing advanced surgical procedures to improve vision and eye health.
