Dr. David Slade

Dr. Snow Slade is a board-certified ophthalmologist with advanced training in glaucoma and cataract surgery, providing expert and compassionate care to patients in southern Utah and abroad. He is board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.

Dr. Slade completed an ophthalmology residency at the world-renowned Moran Eye Center at the University of Utah, followed by a fellowship in glaucoma and advanced cataract and intraocular lens surgery. He is currently an Adjunct Professor of the Moran Eye Center and is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Glaucoma Society, and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.

Dr. Slade specializes in medical and surgical glaucoma, advanced cataract technique, including using the new LenSx laser-assisted cataract system, and general geriatric ophthalmology.
