Dr. Lloyd Bender

Mr. Lloyd Bender is a consultant ophthalmologist specializing in pediatric ophthalmology and strabismus. He provides comprehensive eye care for children and adults, with a particular focus on ocular motility disorders. His extensive clinical and surgical experience spans leading pediatric and adult eye care centers internationally, including Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children, The Royal Children's Hospital in Melbourne, and the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

In addition to general pediatric ophthalmology, Mr. Bender's subspecialist interests include strabismus and other eye movement disorders in both children and adults. He is known for his patient-centered approach and enjoys interacting with patients of all ages. He is currently a consultant at Moorfields NHS Trust and remains actively involved in pro bono clinical and educational work, volunteering annually at a rural eye surgical center in Honduras.
