About Me

Graham E. Quinn, MD, MSCE, is a pediatric ophthalmologist at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia with a focus on retinopathy of prematurity (ROP) and visual development in children. As the Emeritus Director of Research in the Division of Pediatric Ophthalmology, Dr. Quinn brings extensive experience in studying and treating eye conditions that affect premature infants. His work includes using telemedicine approaches to identify at-risk babies and developing screening criteria for ROP.

Dr. Quinn also has a special interest in refractive errors and ocular growth patterns that are commonly seen in children born prematurely. He has been involved in landmark studies such as the CRYO-ROP and e-ROP studies, contributing to advances in the detection and treatment of ROP. His research and clinical efforts are dedicated to improving visual outcomes for children with complex eye health needs.
