Dr. Leslie Goldberg

Dr. Leslie Goldberg is an ophthalmologist providing comprehensive eye care at Long Island Eye Surgeons. He offers expertise in cataract surgery, laser vision correction, and cosmetic eyelid surgery, helping patients improve their vision and appearance.

Dr. Goldberg earned his medical degree from The Chicago Medical School with honors and completed a surgical internship at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center, followed by two years in the U.S. Army Medical Corps. He then completed his ophthalmology training at New York University Medical Center. He serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Hofstra University School of Medicine and is the former Director of Ophthalmology at St. Francis Hospital.

Dr. Goldberg is a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American College of Surgeons, and holds memberships in several professional societies including the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
