About Me
Dr. Kourosh Eghbali is a board-certified ophthalmologist at East Valley Eye Center in Burbank, California. He completed fellowship training in Cornea and Laser Refractive Surgery, and has extensive experience performing advanced eye surgeries.
Dr. Eghbali specializes in a wide range of ophthalmic procedures, including no-patch no-stitch micro-incision cataract surgery, corneal transplants, LASIK, PRK, pterygium surgery with amniotic membrane transplant, and SLT glaucoma laser treatment. Through thousands of surgeries, he has developed mastery in these techniques, providing patients with comprehensive eye care.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Eghbali is actively involved in research, having participated in over 30 research projects and authored more than 25 scientific publications. He co-authored a chapter on LASIK published in the reference book "Cornea," a resource used by corneal specialists worldwide.
