Meet Dr. Kenzo Koike
About Me
Dr. Kenzo J. Koike is a board-certified, fellowship-trained ophthalmologist who cares for patients with a wide range of eye conditions, with special expertise in glaucoma and complex cataracts. He provides both medical and surgical treatment, including minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS), and focuses on helping patients understand their options and feel confident about their care plan. Dr. Koike earned a biology degree from Davidson College and completed medical school at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. He trained in ophthalmology at the Storm Eye Institute at the Medical University of South Carolina and then completed glaucoma fellowship training at the Cullen Eye Institute of Baylor College of Medicine. He is active in local and national ophthalmology communities and is passionate about service—supporting sustainable eye-care efforts through international mission work and community-focused nonprofit involvement.
