Dr. Joseph Kristan is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in cataract, cornea, and refractive surgery. He offers advanced procedures including LASIK/PRK laser surgery, corneal transplant surgery, and treatments for keratoconus and ocular surface disease. Dr. Kristan provides comprehensive eye care, ensuring patients receive personalized attention for their vision needs.
He completed a fellowship in cornea, refractive surgery, and external disease at Columbia University / New York Presbyterian and served as chief ophthalmology resident at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center. Dr. Kristan has earned multiple teaching awards, reflecting his commitment to education and excellence in patient care.
