Dr. Kitchens is a board-certified, fellowship-trained ophthalmologist specializing in vitreoretinal diseases at Retina Associates of Kentucky. He focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of conditions affecting the retina and vitreous, including age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and vascular diseases. He has developed innovative surgical techniques and is actively involved in national and international speaking engagements on new treatments for retinal disorders.
