Dr. J. Kenneth Wallace is a board-certified ophthalmologist with extensive experience in eye care, having practiced in the Dothan region for over thirty years. He began his medical career with residency training at the Cullen Eye Institute at Baylor College of Medicine, one of the leading eye institutes in the country. Prior to establishing his practice in Alabama, Dr. Wallace served as the Chief of Ophthalmology at Scott Air Force Base in Illinois, where he gained valuable leadership experience.
Dr. Wallace holds the distinction of being a Diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology and is recognized as a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. His professional affiliations include membership in the Medical Association of the State of Alabama, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, and the Houston County Medical Society. These memberships underscore his commitment to advancing eye care and his expertise in areas such as cataract and refractive surgery.
