Meet Dr. Marnix E Heersink

Dr. Marnix Heersink is a board-certified ophthalmologist and co-founder of Eye Center South. He specializes in cataract surgery and general ophthalmology, with advanced fellowship training in cataract surgery and intraocular lens implantation. Dr. Heersink's expertise includes the diagnosis and surgical treatment of cataracts and laser vision correction.

He is a fellow of multiple professional organizations, including the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American College of Surgeons, and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. Dr. Heersink is certified by both the American Board of Ophthalmology and the American Board of Eye Surgery.
