Dr. Jacob Clark

Dr. Jacob Clark is an optometrist with extensive experience in primary eye care, ocular disease management, and refractive services. He earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Michigan College of Optometry at Ferris State University and holds a B.S. in Biomedical Science from Grand Valley State University. Over nearly a decade of clinical practice across Alabama and Michigan, Dr. Clark has provided comprehensive eye care, including the diagnosis and management of ocular conditions and pre/post-operative care for surgical referrals.

Dr. Clark is certified in Corneal Refractive Therapy (CRT) and has pursued continuing education focused on specialty contact lenses and macular degeneration management. He is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Alabama Optometric Association, and the Fellowship of Christian Optometrists, and has participated in international vision care mission trips.
