Dr. John Morgan

Dr. John E. Morgan is a glaucoma and cataract surgeon dedicated to delivering individualized, evidence-based care. He earned his medical degree from the University of South Alabama College of Medicine and completed internship and ophthalmology residency at Louisiana State University School of Medicine. He then pursued fellowship training in glaucoma at Emory University School of Medicine before joining Eye Consultants of Atlanta, where he practices across several locations.

Dr. Morgan treats the full range of glaucoma, from early disease to complex, advanced cases. He offers laser therapies, minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS), and traditional procedures when appropriate, and frequently combines cataract and glaucoma surgery to streamline recovery and optimize vision.
