Dr. John Creed

Dr. Creed is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in the treatment of retinal diseases at Ochsner Health in Baton Rouge. He provides care for a range of conditions including macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, retinal detachment, epiretinal membranes, and other retinal disorders. He welcomes new patients and offers both in-person and virtual visits for eligible patients in Louisiana.

Dr. Creed has been on staff at Ochsner since 2001. He completed his medical degree at LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, followed by internship and residency at Ochsner Foundation. He then pursued advanced fellowship training in retina and vitreous at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. He is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.
