About Me

Dr. Jessica E. Weinstein is a board-certified ophthalmologist who specializes in diseases of the retina and vitreous. She cares for patients with wet and dry macular degeneration, diabetic eye disease, flashes and floaters, retinal tears and detachment, epiretinal membranes, macular holes, and uveitis.

She earned her undergraduate degree at McGill University and completed a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences at Barry University before receiving her medical degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. She completed ophthalmology residency training at Louisiana State University, where she served as Chief Resident, and then pursued fellowship training in uveitis at the University of Washington and vitreoretinal surgery at Wake Forest University.

Dr. Weinstein enjoys partnering with patients and families through clear education and evidence-based care, and she is committed to staying at the forefront of retina research and treatment options.
