Dr. Jeffrey Starkey

Dr. Jeffrey Starkey is an ophthalmologist at Davis Eye Center with over three decades of experience. He has been practicing ophthalmology since 1993 and has performed thousands of eye surgeries. Dr. Starkey specializes in laser vision correction, utilizing advanced technology in a dedicated refractive suite to provide precise results while prioritizing patient safety and comfort.

Dr. Starkey completed his training at Indiana University's Department of Ophthalmology. He remains committed to ongoing education and holds active memberships in the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Ohio Ophthalmologic Society, and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Starkey serves as a lecturer for other eye doctors, sharing his expertise on various topics in eye care.
