Dr. Jeffery Farmer

Dr. J. Brett Farmer is a comprehensive ophthalmologist who cares for patients across Murfreesboro and the surrounding communities. He performs modern cataract surgery—including options for multifocal and toric lenses—and manages glaucoma with medications, laser, and microinvasive procedures when appropriate. Dr. Farmer also treats common medical eye conditions such as diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, and dry eye. A Murfreesboro native, he trained at the University of Kentucky after earning his medical degree from East Tennessee State University and is board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.
