Dr. Craig Mccabe

Dr. Craig McCabe is a board-certified ophthalmologist and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons specializing in state-of-the-art custom cataract surgery. He utilizes wavefront technology to select the intraocular lens implant best suited for each patient's eye and vision needs, aiming for sharper vision and greater satisfaction.

Dr. McCabe earned both his Doctorate of Medicine and Doctorate of Philosophy in neuroscience at the Medical University of South Carolina. He completed his ophthalmology residency at Vanderbilt University. He began serving Rutherford County in 2002 and opened McCabe Vision Center in 2003.

Dr. McCabe remains active in ophthalmology research, publishing articles, and lecturing on the latest advances in eye care.
