About Me
Dr. Jacob Thomas is a board-certified ophthalmologist with advanced fellowship training in cornea and external diseases of the eye. He completed his residency in ophthalmology and a fellowship in cornea and external diseases at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, building on his medical education at the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine.
Dr. Thomas specializes in refractive and corneal surgery, including LASIK, corneal transplantation, and cataract surgery. He also provides comprehensive ophthalmology care, managing conditions such as diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, and glaucoma. He offers a minimally invasive glaucoma treatment option and is the first in the region to perform the latest evolution in partial thickness corneal transplants.
