About Me
Dr. Honey Helene Hilomen Herce is a pediatric ophthalmologist who provides comprehensive medical and surgical eye care for children and adults with strabismus. Her clinical focus includes retinopathy of prematurity, ptosis, and uveitis. Dr. Herce also has research interests in amblyopia and retinopathy of prematurity.
Dr. Herce serves as the head of the Ben Taub General Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit ROP screening and is involved in the Texas Children's Hospital Emergency and Inpatient Pediatric Ophthalmology consultation service. She is an associate professor in the Department of Ophthalmology at Baylor College of Medicine.
